Hi, I'm Heather. Mom of a beautifully chaotic blended family of five young adult kids, two doodles who think they run the house, and a husband who is somehow still patient and supportive through all of it. I've been a REALTOR® in Saskatoon & area since 2012. I hold a financial broker's license. I'm a certified Trauma Informed Breathwork Practitioner. And I'm a co-author of an upcoming book called The Wealth Rebellion.

That's a lot of hats. But here's the thread that runs through all of it: I believe that most people are making their biggest financial decisions  such as buying a home, building a business, planning for their future & doing it all  without the full picture. And I think that's fixable.

Real estate was never just about transactions for me. From my very first deal, I was obsessed with the question underneath the question: not just "how do I buy a house," but "how does this move actually change my financial life?" That curiosity eventually led me to get my financial broker's license because I got tired of watching smart people make expensive decisions with incomplete information. Full disclosure, I was once one of those people.

Then life handed me some hard lessons about what happens when you're building wealth on the outside but running on empty on the inside. Burnout is real and  it doesn't care how successful you look. That's what brought me to breathwork and it's a tool I now use with clients and agents who need to get out of their own way before they can move forward.
