Hi, I’m Heather.

I’m a Mom to a beautifully chaotic blended family of five young adult kids, a rescued Aussiedoodle, and a husband who is somehow still patient and supportive through all of it.

 

I am a certified Breathwork Practitioner & Co-Author of a best selling book The Wealth Rebellion.

We love family time, the lake, travelling, staying active, good food, and making the most of this crazy life.

​

I’ve been a REALTOR® in Saskatoon & area since 2012, and after more than a decade in this business, I’ve learned a few things.

​

Buying and selling a home is rarely just about the house.

It’s about the life happening around it.

​

Maybe you’re buying your first home. Maybe you need more space. Maybe the kids have finally left and you’re wondering why you’re still cleaning five bathrooms. Maybe you’re moving to Saskatoon, leaving Saskatoon, or simply ready for a change.

Whatever the reason, Real Estate is personal.

But somewhere along the way, I also learned that building a great life isn’t just about what you accomplish. It’s about how you actually feel while you’re living it.

​

I’ve had my own experience with burnout and learning the hard way that you can look like you have it all together on the outside while completely running on empty on the inside.

​

That chapter changed me.

​

It taught me to be more intentional about how I live, to pay attention to my mental health, to slow down when I need to, and to stop treating being busy like it’s a personality trait. 

I’m still a work in progress but aren’t we all?

​

But I think there’s something pretty powerful about building a life you actually want to live & not just one that looks good on paper and that philosophy carries into how I approach Real Estate.

​

My job isn’t to convince you to buy or sell something it’s to help you make a decision that actually makes sense for your life.

​

I’ll tell you when I think something is a great opportunity, and I’ll also tell you when I think you should run. 

​

I’m not going to tell you every house is “AMAZING!” just because I want to make a sale.

​

I’ll give you straight answers, honest advice, strong negotiation, and a whole lot less BS.

​

Because you deserve an agent who knows the Saskatoon & area market, understands the details, answers the phone, tells you what you need to hear (not just what you want to hear) and genuinely cares about the outcome.
